It's been a busy couple of days. Peter and Debbie arrived on Thursday for a long weekend visit. Mark had a full day of therapy and then we were able to go on an outing to the Tampa Bay Lightning game. (See photo.) It was something he has been looking forward to since we got here. He was thoroughly exhausted by the time we got back but enjoyed every minute. We got to go in through the player’s parking lot and entrance and he got a kick out of all the great cars in their lot. He was so tired, after they showered him the next morning he went back to sleep!
Therapy recasted his legs again yesterday since it was a week since the Botox injections. He did very well. They have increased the amount of pain medication he can have this weekend so that he will be comfortable until they are removed on Monday. After his casting he was able to enjoy a visit with Jake the Australian Shepard therapy dog. (See photo.) Jake just jumped right into bed with Mark and sat on his lap. We were able to have dinner together at the Fisher House.

g and the Farmer’s Market. We had lunch out at a nice restaurant and enjoyed a stop at a great gelatoria. Unfortunately, our outing was cut short when we lost the tire on one of the front wheels of Mark’s chair. When we got back to the hospital and they asked what happened, he promptly told them he was drag racing and he blew the tire when he tried to take the stairs! Nothing’s changed!

The Grabowskis here. Mark you look great. Your smile is bigger and heartier than your earlier picture, and you have some great color going on your face. Peter and Mark, you have both grown into very handsome men. I remember both of you as little acolytes at church. Keep growing with each other and with your beautiful ladies. God bless all of you!!!! Hey Cuz,
I have spring break next week and plan on visiting you. You look so happy to be out on the town in your pictures. Your smile gets bigger and bigger and each month! Can't wait to see you again and meet Jess.

HI Mark,
You look great, as does everyone else in the photos. Too bad the weather for today's Indian's Home Opener won't be as good as the Tampa weather. At least the weatherman isn't calling for a foot of snow like last year! We are so glad to read about your progress! Love to you and your mom!
